Ms. Florence Ng

Chief Executive Officer

  • Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Ng served as Chief Operating Officer of Mega Matrix Inc. (NYSE American: MPU), where she oversaw corporate operations, legal affairs, regulatory compliance, investor relations, and strategic initiatives.
  • Ms. Ng is the Founder and Principal of FNC Advisory and has advised public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, IPOs, and corporate governance.
  • She has managed Nasdaq listing projects and complex cross-border transactions, working with management teams and professional advisers throughout the transaction process.
  • Ms. Ng has completed executive education in AI-Driven Leadership at Stanford University and Fintech at the University of Oxford, providing additional insight into artificial intelligence, financial technology, and innovation.
